Christmas Tree Decorating with Family - Outfit of the Day

Happy Christmas Jumper Day!! (For yesterday). 2 weeks ago, Me and the bro took a trip up to Southport to help decorate our Aunty and Uncle's mahoosive Christmas Tree. This is a big family tradition with our cousins and all 6 of their collective children joining in. Some of my long-running readers may remember my trip last year. I thought this was the perfect occasion to show off my new Christmas jumper!

I'm wearing yet another Crimbo jumper from Beyond Retro (remember dear old Santa? I went back and found him!). They've slashed all their Christmas jumpers to half price, so if you missed out on getting one for Christmas Jumper Day, fret not as there is still time to grab one in time for Christmas Day! Yet again I've paired it with my tartan skirt from Forever 21. This skirt has seen me through the last few Winters, and it doesn't look like it'll be stopping any time soon! My vintage brown Bally boots I bought from Absolute Vintage. Finally, my coat is from Joy The Store, and seeing me through a 2nd winter. It's still available, and now with over 50% off! If you're looking for something a bit brighter, this year they've brought it out in this vibrant red!

Now back to the family festivities. I'd heard that one of my cousins was a fan of my blog. So I told her to get on her favourite outfit and I'd feature her on here. So ladies and gentlemen, I present to you, Alisha!

Alisha gave me a tour of their little beach hut den at the bottom of her Nan and Grandad's garden. How cute is it?! We all know I love anything nautical (there's a reason I'm a Captain...) so I've instantly decided this will be my own little hideaway the next time I visit. The kids all helped with the decor - style seems to run in the family ;) Alisha is wearing a Select floral dress, Primark pop socks and black Vans trainers.

After the tour, we went back inside to help with the Christmas decorations.

It was a great day with all the family getting involved. My cousin Cherye even made some delicious mint chocolate fudge for the occasion!

The next day, me and my brother had 2 hours for a little walk around the Albert Docks in Liverpool before we had to catch our train back to London. Of course I visited The Beatles shop!

A big thank you to Aunty Cheryl and Uncle Tommy for letting us stay, and to all the cousins for letting us join in with this family tradition. See you all next year!!

My god, that is an enormous Christmas tree! I had no idea Beyond Retro did Christmas jumpers, I shouldn't have copped out with my Primarni one and invested in one of theirs instead!
